AP20187 (B/B Homodimerizer) is a cell-permeable ligand used to dimerize FK506-binding protein (FKBP) fusion proteins and initiate biological signaling cascades and gene expression or disrupt protein-protein interactions.
体内研究：
实时 PCR 分析表明，AP20187 (B/B 同源二聚体) (0.5 mg/kg、2 mg/kg 或 5 mg/kg) 处理，在 PID12 的 PLP/Fv2E-PERK 小鼠中，显著增加了 PLP/Fv2E 的 CNS 中的 CHOP mRNA 水平。AP20187 处理显著减轻了这些小鼠中 EAE 诱导的髓鞘损伤。AP20187 (B/B Homodimerizer) 处理显著减少了 PLP/Fv2E-PERK 小鼠腰椎脱髓鞘病变中退化轴突的数量并增加了轴突密度。

当 LNCaP 细胞用 AP20187 (B/B Homodimerizer) (100 nM) 处理时，ro-iCaspase-9 水平显著降低，并且较小的加工活性 caspase-9 变得明显。
