Tubulysin A (TubA) is an anticancer and antiangiogenic agent with anti-microtubule, anti-mitosis and anti-proliferative activity against a variety of cancer cells with IC50 values in the pmol range. It can induce apoptosis of cancer cells and has no effect on normal cells. Tubulysins are a group of potent cytotoxins consisting of nine members (A-I). Tubulysin A can synthesize ADC as ADC CytotoxinADC Cytotoxin.
体内研究：
Tubulysin A (0.04 mg/kg，0.06 mg/kg； 腹腔注射；每日一次，连续4天) 在小鼠异种移植模型中具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。Animal Model:Mouse xenotransplantation model
Dosage:0.04 and 0.06 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal (i.p.)
Result:Inhibited the growth of tumor cells.

Tubulysin A (48h) 在 NCI-H1299 (肺)，HT-29 (结肠) 和 A2780 (卵巢) 细胞系中的 IC50 值分别为 3，1 和 2nmol/L。Tubulysin A 对 L929 (小鼠成纤维细胞) 和 KB-V1 (人宫颈癌多药耐药细胞系) 细胞的 IC50 值分别为 0.07 和 1.4 ng/ml。Tubulysin A (1 nM，10 nM; 24h) 在 HUVEC 细胞中具有抗血管生成的作用，IC50 值为 2.07-2.97 nM。Tubulysin A (5h) 在 HUVEC 细胞中具有抑制细胞迁移的作用，IC50 值为 2.26 nM。Tubulysin A (72h) 在 HUVEC 细胞中具有抑制细胞生长的作用，GI50 值为 0.34 nM。
