(S)-Indoximod (1-Methyl-L-tryptophan) is an inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) (Ki: 19 μM). (S)-Indoximod can be used for the research of cancer and neurological disease.
体内研究：
(S)-Indoximod (5 mg/天，腹腔注射，持续 3 周) 可逆转卡介苗 (BCG) 诱导的小鼠神经毒性。(S)-Indoximod (200 mg/kg，口服灌胃) 比 D 异构体表现出延迟、持续时间更长的肾脏保护作用，并提高 IRI 大鼠模型的存活率。(S)-Indoximod (1-9 mg/kg，腹腔注射) 可逆转胆管结扎 (BDL) 大鼠的认知、焦虑和抑郁样行为。Animal Model:Bile duct ligation (BDL) rats
Dosage:1-9 mg/kg
Administration:i.p., After the rats recovered for 7 days from BDL surgery.
Result:Increased the sucrose preference.Prevents the increased number of buried marbles.Improved learning and memory function.

(S)-Indoximod (750 μM，24 小时) 可降低转导人 IDO1 基因的 HEK293 细胞中的 IDO 活性。(S)-Indoximod (0.5 mM, 48 h) 使肝星状细胞细胞从 IFN-γ (100 ng/mL) 介导的 G1 细胞周期阻滞中释放出来，进而促进细胞凋亡。
