体内研究：
7?,27-Dihydroxycholesterol (60 mg/kg;皮下注射; 每天 2 次，共 3 天) 在体内诱导小鼠产生 IL-17。
体外研究：
7?,27-Dihydroxycholesterol (0.3 μM 或 6 μM; 2 h) 在体外分别诱导人类和小鼠 Th17 细胞产生 IL-17。
