Isochlorogenic acid A (5? 和 10 mg/kg，口服，每天一次，持续 3 周) 可改善 ICR 雄性小鼠 TMT 诱导的认知障碍。Animal Model:TMT-induced ICR male mice
Dosage:5?and 10 mg/kg
Administration:p.o., once a day for 3 weeks
Result:Improved spatial memory and learning ability of mice in MWM test.Reduced the TMT-induced increased AChE activity.Reduced the MDA content compared to the TMT group.
体外研究：
Isochlorogenic acid A 抑制 Giardia lamblia (GlLeuRS) 的 LeuRS 氨酰化活性，IC50 为 5.82 μg/mL。 Isochlorogenic acid A (5-100 μM，48 小时) 可增加 B16 细胞中的黑色素含量，并增加 TYR 蛋白活性。Isochlorogenic acid A 显示 DPPH (IC50=4.26 μg/mL)、ABTS 自由基清除活性。Isochlorogenic acid A (0-250 μg/mL，24 小时) 抑制 LPS 刺激的 RAW 264.7 细胞中一氧化氮的产生。
