1,6,7-Trihydroxyxanthone (0-10 μg/mL; 0-72 h) 抑制 HepG2、Bel7404 细胞的细胞增殖。1,6,7-Trihydroxyxanthone (5 μg/mL; 72 h) 诱导 HepG2 细胞凋亡.1,6,7-Trihydroxyxanthone 降低 Bmi-1 表达并增加 P14、P16 的蛋白表达水平。1,6,7-Trihydroxyxanthone 在 HepG2、Bel7404 细胞中诱导 MiR-218 上调。
