Administration:Subcutaneous injection, 30 min
Result:Produced marked stimulation and ataxia.
Animal Model:Male CFE rats weighing 110-175 g (average 130 g)
Dosage:5, 10, and 20 mg/kg
Administration:Intravenous injection, once
Result:Significantly lowered brain serotonin, DA (dopamine), and NE (norepinephrine) concentrations at 4 h.
