D-Mannose is a C-2 superpolymer of glucose that occurs naturally in many plants and fruits. D-Mannose has anti-inflammatory and antitumor activity. D-Mannose plays an important role in immune regulation.
体内研究：
D-Mannose (2g/kg, 每小时腹腔注射 6 次, 3 h 后处死) 可保护小鼠免受 DSS 诱导的溃疡性结肠炎。D-Mannose (1.1 M D-甘露糖溶于水饮用 2 个月) 通过 Treg 细胞增殖和肠道微生物依赖的抗炎作用减轻小鼠骨质流失。Animal Model:C57BL/6 mice
Dosage:20% (w/v)
Administration:i.g. pre-treated for 2 weeks
Result:Opposed loss of body weight induced by DSS and delayed colitis progression.
