Substance P(1-4) is a potent neurokinin receptors (NK-R) antagonist. Substance P(1-4) has regulation of normal hematopoiesis and inhibits endogenous erythroid colony (EEC) formation.
体外研究：
Substance P(1-4) (0.1 nM-1 μM) inhibits endogenous erythroid colony (EEC) formation in PV bone marrow cultures.Substance P(1-4) (0.1 nM-1 μM; CD36+/GpA- cells) decreases of erythroid colony numbers of 47% and inhibits proliferation of PV CD36+/GpA- cells of 30 %.
