体内研究：
L18-MDP (100 μg；皮下注射；单剂量) 在感染大肠杆菌或克雷白氏肺炎杆菌的小鼠中具有抗感染作用。L18-MDP (100 μg 或 1000 μg；皮下注射、腹腔注射、静脉注射或口服；单剂量) 提高了感染大肠杆菌小鼠的存活率，改善了感染李斯特菌的小鼠病理组织。L18-MDP (100 μg 或 200 μg 皮下注射或腹腔注射；一天一次持续 3 天) 提高了感染白色念珠菌小鼠的存活率。Animal Model:Mice infected with Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae or Listeria monocytogenes.
Dosage:100 μg or 1000 μg.
Administration:Subcutaneous injection, intraperitoneal injection, intravenous injection or oral gavage; single dose.
Result:Strengthened the phagocytosis of the microorganisms, weakened the virus activity, increased the survival rate and improved the pathological tissue.
Animal Model:Mice infected with Candida albicans.
Dosage:100 μg or 200 μg.
Administration:Subcutaneous injection or intraperitoneal injection; once daily for 3 days.
