Alpha-Naphthoflavone is an orally active flavonoid that is a potent, competitive inhibitor of aromatasearomatase. IC 50 and K I value were 0.5 and 0.2 microns. Alpha-Naphthoflavone can inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis.

Alpha-Naphthoflavone (80, 160 mg/kg/day, 灌胃, 4 周) 对高脂饮食 (HFD) 诱导的NAFLD 小鼠具有保护作用。Animal Model:HFD-induced mice model
