Aflatoxin M1 is a major metabolite of Aflatoxin B1. Aflatoxin M1 is an orally active mycotoxin produced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. The level of toxicity associated with Aflatoxin is Aflatoxin B1>Aflatoxin M1>Aflatoxin G1>Aflatoxin B2>Aflatoxin M2>Aflatoxin G2.
体内研究：
Aflatoxin M1 (3.5 g/kg, 灌胃, 每天一次连续 28 天) 通过改变 PRODH 和 L-脯氨酸的表达激活氧化应激，进而诱导 CD-1 小鼠下游细胞凋亡，从而引起肾毒性。Animal Model:CD-1 mice model
Dosage:3.5 g/kg
Administration:i.g. once a day for 28 days
Result:Elevated MDA level and decreased SOD, T-AOC.
体外研究：
Aflatoxin M1 (0.5, 1 μg/mL, 24-72 h) 可呈时间和剂量依赖性的抑制 Caco-2 细胞的生长。
