(±)-Catechin 具有两种forms (+)-Catechin and its reflection body (-)-Catechin. (+)-Catechin inhibitory environment-1 (COX-1) IC50 为 1.4 μM. (-)-Catechin has the effect of promoting hBM-MSC adipose cell differentiation, increasing adipose tissue, and PPARγ horizontal. (±)-Catechin has anti-diabetic, anti-hypertrophic, anti-diabetic, anti-cardiovascular, anti-infective, and liver-protecting effects.
体外研究：
(-)-Catechin (10 μM; 2 天一周期，共 12 天) 诱导人骨髓间充质干细胞（hBM-MSC）脂肪细胞分化，增加脂联素水平、增加 PPARγ 转录。
