Gadoteridol (1 mM; intracerebral injection; once) enhances distribution of rAAV1 in the rat hippocampus.Animal Model:Sprague-Dawley rats (3 -5 months)
Dosage:1 mM/rat
Administration:Intracerebral injection, once, co-infused with rAAV1 or AAV5
Result:Increased the transduction efficiency of AAV1 but not AAV5.
