HDAC-IN-41 (Compound 7c) is a selective, orally active class I HDAC inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.62, 1.46 and 0.62 μM against HDAC1, HDAC2 and HDAC3, respectively. HDAC-IN-41 shows NO releasing activity.
体内研究：
HDAC-IN-41 (Compound 7c) (30 mg/kg/d; p.o., 15 days) inhibits tumor growth in a HCT116 xenograft model in nude mice.
体外研究：
HDAC-IN-41 (Compound 7c) shows anti-proliferative activity with IC50 values of 0.32 ± 0.06, 0.59 ± 0.09, 0.54 ± 0.05, 1.23 ± 0.06, 2.69 ± 0.15, 0.93 ± 0.08 and 1.03 ± 0.09 μM against HEL, MOLT-4, Jurkat, HeLa, PC-3, HCT116 and A549 cells, respectively.
