体内研究：
MTL-CEBPA (iv; 3 mg/kg; on days 1, 3, and 5) demonstrates the specific activation of its target C/EBPα mRNA and its downstream gene p21 in naive hu-NSG mice.MTL-CEBPA restores LPS-induced (12.5 μg; ip; single dose) reduction of C/EBPα and downregulates several genes associated with immune and inflammatory response in an LPS-stimulated humanized NSG model.
体外研究：
MTL-CEBPA does not significantly change total human CD45+ cells, and T lymphocytes (hCD4+ and hCD8+ T cell subsets) in PB. However, MTL-CEBPA treatment increases CD16+ granulocytes and CD14+ monocytes in peripheral blood (PB).
