iNOS inhibitor-10 is an iNOS inhibitor (IC50: 65 nM). iNOS inhibitor-10 has antiproliferative effect against triple negative breast cancer cells.
体外研究：
iNOS inhibitor-10 (1 μM) inhibits iNOS activity by 83%, and is inactive against eNOS.iNOS inhibitor-10 (0.001-100 μM, 5 days) reduces cell viability of MDA-MB-231 cells.iNOS inhibitor-10 (25 μM, 24 h) prevents migration of MDA-MB-231 cells.iNOS inhibitor-10 (measured in liver microsomes) shows a reasonably metabolic stability, with a t1/2 of 38 min CLint of 39.6 mL/min/Kg.
