Peceleganan (0.4 and 0.75 mg/mL for 100 μL; transdermal; twice daily for 3 days) acetate 在小鼠感染模型中抑制 Staphylococcus aureus。Animal Model:ICR male mice (20-25 g), S. aureus ATCC 25923 wound infection model
Dosage:0.4 and 0.75 mg/mL for 100 μL
Administration:Transdermal administration, twice daily for 3 days
Result:Significantly reduced the amount of bacteria.

Peceleganan (24 h) 具有抗菌活性，对 E. coli ATCC 25922、S. pneumonia ATCC 49619、K. pneumonia ATCC 700603、S. aureus ATCC 25923、S. epidermidis ATCC 12228 和 P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853 的MIC 值分别为 2、2、4、4、4 和 8 μM。
